Adds jingus/wallpapers as a flake input (SSH URL, nixpkgs follows) and points the wallpapers hjem layer at its packages.wallpapers output instead of the local assets/wallpapers copy. Removes the 87 wallpaper files (~150 MB) and the gallery README; README now links to the wallpapers flake.

Verified: both desktop and laptop configs fully evaluate, and the wallpapers source builds with all 87 images.
