Moves the 87 wallpapers from nixconf's assets/wallpapers into this repo and adds a flake so nixconf can consume them as an input.

Outputs:

lib.wallpapers — store path of the whole wallpapers/ dir (drop-in replacement for the old ${../../../assets/wallpapers} reference)
lib.wallpaperNames — list of all wallpaper filenames
lib.getWallpaper "name" — path for a single wallpaper, throws on a bad name
packages.${system}.{wallpapers,default} — derivation symlinking all wallpapers into `` for nix build

nix flake check passes; package builds with all 87 files on x86_64-linux and evaluates on aarch64-linux.
